Publication Rules
These Publication Rules define what content may be published on LetterToLeader. The platform provides an open and respectful space for public letters addressed to Heads of State.
Letters may express support, criticism, gratitude, disagreement, requests, proposals, concerns, questions, appeals, demands, and opinions regarding public policy or public actions. Publication decisions are not based on political position.
Prohibited content includes threats, calls for violence, personal data of third parties without consent, spam, texts that are not letters, meaningless content, direct personal insults, and duplicate content.
All submitted letters are reviewed before publication. Moderation may include automated systems, AI tools and human review. Outcomes: APPROVED, REJECTED, MANUAL REVIEW. Reasons may include NOT_A_LETTER, SPAM, THREATS, VIOLENCE, PERSONAL_DATA, GIBBERISH, INSULTS, DUPLICATE.
The platform may publish, reject, temporarily hide, permanently hide or review previously published content. The platform is politically neutral and does not endorse any government, political party, movement, public official or Head of State.
