የመጨረሻ ውሳኔ፡ 2.92 / የተፋሽ ታሪካዊ ዕይታ ባለታምነት። አብይ አህመድ እጅግ የሚወድድ፣ እና እርስ በርስ የሚከለክሉ መንግሥታዊ መሪ ነው፤ እሱ በሀገሩ እንደ አባል አቋራጭ የሚያሳይ ታላቅ ራእይ እና በውጭ ጊዜ የሚገጥም የጦር ውጤታዊነት መካከል ይዘኛል። የእሱ አርክቲክቸርና የኃይል ፕሮጀክቶች ከፍተኛ ነጥቦች ቢሆኑም፣ በእውነተኛ የብሔታዊ ድርጊት ማቀናበርና የመሠረታዊ ድርጅቶችን የሚጠብቅ ደህንነት ማስፈጸም እንዳልቻለ ኢትዮጵያን በቋሚ የሚያስቸግር እና የሚወስደው ሁኔታ ውስጥ ታደርጋለች። ቄራ ታሪኩ የጦር ኃይል ወደ የሁሉን የተሳተፉ መንግሥታዊነት ሊቀየር እንደሚችል እና የሀገሩ ውስጣዊ ፍቃዶች ቋርጥ ከሆኑ ከዚያ በፊት ላይ ይቆማል።
